Is this where we can ask for help too? I want to change my avatar but I can’t figure out how. Are any instructions available?
Keisha, you’re right, editing your profile is a bit confusing (btw, no problem at all posting help questions in this forum). If you go to the upper right corner of this page, there should be some “Howdy, ” text. Hover over that, select Edit My Profile, and near the bottom of that page you can upload your new avatar.
Nice, looks like I can change my password in there too. Ryan, you should set it up so that we can choose our own passwords when we register or first sign in! Going into the Profile is confusing.
