A new study out of Australia shows that regular time out in nature can boost grades and confidence while reducing stress, obesity and depression. As little as 30 minutes of “green time” can have a positive impact on higher-order cognitive skills.
Since you need frequent breaks when studying anyway, why not use the time to relax and have fun while improving your confidence and focus? Find some trails near where you live and use them when you need downtime!
